In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 and related guidelines, our organization has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to provide a safe and respectful workplace free from sexual harassment.

The ICC is responsible for receiving, inquiring into, and resolving complaints of sexual harassment in a fair, confidential, and timely manner. This committee ensures that your rights and dignity are protected, and that all complaints are handled with sensitivity and neutrality.

Objectives of the Internal Complaints Committee

  • To provide a transparent mechanism for filing and addressing complaints.
  • To ensure timely, confidential, and impartial inquiry into reported cases.
  • To recommend corrective actions and disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • To conduct awareness programs and training on prevention of sexual harassment.

Composition of the Committee

The ICC consists of members from diverse backgrounds including senior staff, women representatives, and an external member from a non-governmental organization or expert body (as per statutory requirements). At least half of the committee members are women.
